HOW TO SUBMIT REGISTRATIONS

Standard National Booking

Register directly at YHAI's national portal (www.yhaindia.org). Select the appropriate batch code, complete the payment checkout, and print your digital admit card.

State Bank Transfers

Submit participation fees directly to: **Chapter Tamil Nadu**

Mandatory Forms Required

Ensure you report to the base camp with your official YHAI membership card, printed Admit Card, 2 passport photos, 2 photocopies of Aadhaar ID, and a signed medical fitness form.

COMMON QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

YHAI offers 1-Year, 2-Year, and Lifetime memberships. Lifetime membership is highly recommended as it provides ongoing discounts on all state and national camps and permits you to join adventure expeditions nationwide without paying guest charges.
You can apply online at the official YHAI website (www.yhaindia.org) or visit our state office in Chennai. Submit your completed membership form along with 2 passport photos, a copy of your Aadhaar card/ID proof, and the applicable fee. Your digital card will be generated instantly.
Browse the event under 'Programs' or 'Upcoming Events'. Click 'Register Now' to check seat availability and book on the national portal. Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer directly to the YHAI Tamil Nadu ICICI account (details listed below) and email the transaction confirmation receipt.
Cancellations requested in writing/email at least 10 days before the reporting date receive a 50% refund or a credit shell. Direct transfers of bookings to other YHAI members are allowed subject to prior written approval. If YHAI cancels a camp due to natural calamities or safety reasons, a 100% refund is processed.
